Can anyone else see my data?
No—your data is restricted to your workspace. Only members signed into your workspace can access your data. All data transmitted from our servers is encrypted to ensure no intercept or spy on your data.
How do you protect patient information?
QlinicalRx does not save any identifiable information from your notes. All identifiable information is deleted before saving because you will be saving the information in your own patient records. Your recovery code returns an anonymous version of the note to ensure no identifiable details are accidentally exposed.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored within Canada to ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal health regulations. This ensures you remain in compliance with your local Pharmacy College regulations and your Provincial and Federal legislative requirements.
Can I delete my old saved data?
Yes - we can remove and permanently delete any data on request or with account deactivation. This is permanent and cannot be reversed so that you know your data is secure.
How secure is my account?
We keep up-to-date with all industry recommendations to maintain account security. We limit use of compromised passwords and weak passwords to avoid any chance your account is compromised. Security keys and tokens are rotated and blacklisted frequently so that no compromised account can be used.
